Sulla prenotazione è indicato che la struttura non accetta animali per conferma ho telefonato per essere sicuro e mi hanno confermato di non accettare animali. PERÒ SONO ARRIVATO NELLA STRUTTURA E HO TROVATO DIVERSI CANI. Sul contratto specificano che la tassa di soggiorno si paga da 10 anni in poi. MIO FIGLIO E NATO IL 20/09/2009 ( hanno visto il documento ) PERÒ HO PAGATO ANCHE PER LUI LA TASSA. alla partenza ( dopo pagato ) gli ho fatto notare la cosa MA COME NIENTE FOSSE. Per non parlare della cucina PESSIMA..... CAPO ANIMATORE “NON COMMENT” ( Mattia per fortuna l’hanno mandato via al mio secondo giorno ) TANTO DI CAPPELLO PER CAMERIERI E TUTTO LO STAF DELL ANIMAZIONE ( si sono fatti in 4 per tamponare i disaggi )

Where do I begin. If you don't speak italian don't come here. Staff is not the friendliest. Was here for a wedding for a week. It's long term living. So what can you say. It's apartment style. If you are used to 5 stars definitly not for you. If you like camps with lots of kids and families. This is for you. They have it all yoga, meditation, exercise classes in water and out. Don't look forward to the coplimantary breakfast. Needs to be booked 2 days in advance. Better off going somewhere else. But don't plan on anyone being very friendly or English menus. Because those are few and far between this hotel. The staff at the front desk not very friendly. Except the night person. He was very helpful. So enjoy this adult children camp.
