"The family who owns this Motel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hampton Beach is know for its lackluster Motels, NOT this place! It might not look like much from the outside but the room was updated, the bed was very very comfortable, mini fridge, microwave, no gross carpets. Smells nice. The bedding smells very nice as well and high quality. Its a block off the main drag so its quiet which is a plus! More than worth the price. You really get what you pay for in this area. Definitely...

"I have stayed before and the manor house is always nice and the rooms very clean. The only thing is that it’s not secured in anyway anyone can come in and out. As a solo female traveler I would feel better in a secured building and the ability to put an extra lock on once in the room. I brought my own so no big deal. Staff was very nice and accommodating it’s an awesome location. "

"I’m grateful to find this room available on a random trip. I was tired of traveling and needed to sleep. The room was very clean but not well equipped for October temperatures. A sheet and one skinny blanket did little to keep me warm enough through the night. Otherwise, I had a terrific hot shower in the morning. "
