「It was a decent room, you can tell that they are trying to keep the property up. The only complaint I have is that the room stunk of cigarette smoke, but I knew up front that it was a smoking room because that was all they had! I would stay there again if I’m in there location.」

「Terrible customer service. I tired to book through their website, and kept receiving an error message. Every attempt to call went unanswered. I finally went on Expedia and was able to book a room that way. When I called the hotel directly to confirm less than 10 minutes after booking through Expedia, everything went south.
