A lovely and charming B&B high above the small village on the water. Easy walking accessible. Beautiful antique furniture and an elaborate in-room breakfast...all complimentary! This was a most unique experience on the Isle of Mull...beautiful setting and wonderful memories!

From arrival to departure our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast in room with Nespresso machine, heated towel racks, high quality linens, and every other detail was completely intentional. The hotel is staff-less; however, a member of the team just happened to be present when we arrived. She took the time to show us around, helped us get settled, and answered any question we had about the hotel and town. The room was immaculately clean, and we had a beautiful view of the harbor from our room. We highly recommend this property and will be booking again ourselves!

Beautifully decorated with great in room amenities. We really appreciated the local cheese, meats, and other food items. everything was very clean and well thought out with an extremely comfortable bed and high quality linens. Our only issue is we could hear the floors creaking often and loudly from the room next-door. And with the wall being in common with bed headboard, it made for a noisy night until around midnight when the neighbor settled down. Good location with ample free street parking. We appreciated the honor bar with local liquors as well.

One of , if not , the nicest Hotels I have stayed in whilst away working. Spotlessly clean , very comfortable Large Bed and the Shower was Fantastic. It's all In-Room service and my Room Fridge was adequately stocked with Local Cheeses, Jams , Juice and Salmon. There were Rolls and Crisps also and 2 Large bottles of Prosecco and Still Water. There is also and Self Service Honesty Bar on the Bottom Floor as you enter the Property that was well stocked will local Island Malts and Gins. If I ever return to Mull, I'll definitely be booking this Hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roslyn House. The room was beautifully furnished and clean. The breakfast goodies provided in the fridge were very generous and good quality. We had a beautiful bottle of Prosecco provided too. The honesty bar was a nice touch, but we found it a little pricey so we didn’t personally use it. The lounge area downstairs is a very comfortable area, which is very tastefully decorated. You are only a short walk from the harbour and pubs/ restaurants. But be warned, there are some very steep hills to walk. If you have limited mobility you may struggle with the location. We had a car and finding a parking space right outside the hotel was not an issue.

Beautiful room - a comfortable place that feels like a home. Attention to detail was throughout. From the carpet to the ceiling was quality, and extremely clean. The sunny living room was so comfortable. This beautiful little harbor town had the friendliest folks. The only regret, I didn’t book a longer stay. Side note - I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was too nice not to share.

Found it quite easily and whilst the door lock is as sensitive as described got in ok. Room is a good size, clean and I liked the novel catering solution. Suited perfectly for my visit. Easy parking and a short stroll down to town if steep hills aren't a problem.

What an amazing find…a beautifully maintained hotel in the heart of one Scotland’s most beautiful places. The rooms are a good size but the attraction is that they are exquisitely decorated and well-equipped. There are no staff on the premises but the rooms are serviced each day and the amazing variety of breakfast ingredients (including locally-sourced smoked salmon and cheeses as well as granola, fresh rolls, croissants and preserves, juice etc.)

This was a beautiful and welcoming property. Everything from the breakfast hamper to the bedding, towels, and other amenities were excellent. It's in a great location, with the view and decor really outstanding. I'll be back!
