"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The room was not in an acceptable clean condition and was not suitable to stay in. Every surface was thick with dust, there was hair clumps on the floor, piles of dust and hair visible and the edges of the beds and around baseboards, and trash on the floor. The microwave was also used and dirty, as was the fridge which also had hairs piled up in it. We immediately tried to contact the property but were unable to reach anyone. Our calls and messages went unanswered. The checkin method was unsafe to say the least. The hotel is not as advertised. It is on the side of a road. Beds are camp style beds. Microwave and coffee making facilities are in the bathroom next to the toilet. What was even more concerning for us personally was that there were no on-site staff, security, and no available point of contact, which had not been made clear when booking. This was a point that would have made us not book this particular property had we known. I would encourage the property to be more transparent about its staffing arrangements and ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest arrival."
