Dear Ms Lilia, were very sorry to hear your experience with us was not great. If any of these comments would have been made in time we would have definitely made some changes that would best fit these incidents before your departure. We are a small boutique hotel so we take to heart every comment and suggestion to make each experience unique and as enjoyable as possible. Unfortunately, we do not offer a jacuzzi in any of our rooms on our property, we try to maintain a sustainable way of hosting. Being on an island we try to take as much care as possible with the water and other main resources. We hope you get the chance to come back and let us make up for the uncomfortable mattress.
