"Excellent resort for families "

"From check-in to check-out the entire experience with this hotel was excellent. We traveled with our kids so we had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were upgraded to suites free of charge and they made a point to put all of us on the same floor close to each other without us even asking. The food was delicious with multiple dining options. The only complaint we have is that the dinner buffet was closed 3 nights in a row but we were able to get into the other restaurants without any problems. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly."

"Mateo was amazing from the moment we got to the resort. The room was very clean and well appointed. The gym was much better than most at tropical resorts. The food was very good & all servers SO nice & accommodating. It would be great if the pool had some circulating water during the hot afternoon, and maybe more than 2 coffee pods in the room per day. "

"My cousin and I stayed at this hotel we absolutely loved it. They have activities for all ages which I loved. The food and service was always good! Everyone was extremely friendly! Even though you don’t have kids I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Recommending to my friends and family "
