"Everything else about the resort was very good, especially considering the price. The room was clean, the overall experience was good, and I was happy with the stay.
The only issue I had was with the room I booked. I specifically booked a Sea View Balcony and paid extra for it because I wanted to enjoy the sea view from the balcony. Unfortunately, there was a large tree directly in front of the room that blocked most of the sea view.
I mentioned this to the reception on the first day, and I was told that the room would be changed the next day. However, this did not happen. I asked again the following day and was given another excuse, but the room was never changed.
I understood the situation from the beginning and did not want to make a big issue out of it, but I think if a guest pays extra for a Sea View Balcony, the view should actually be clear and not blocked by a tree.
Apart from this issue, everything else was good, and for the price, I would say the resort offers very good value."
