Good stay at Holi Afiniti
My family stayed at Holi Afiniti opposite LEGOLAND 15-17 March, the day before Malaysia lockdown on 18 March. The room was big enough for 2 queen beds. There were 2 showers, 1 is standing and the other a bath tub. No washing machine, no clothe hangers, no coffee and tea. But overall the room was clean and value for money. You can collect room key opposite the condo, cross the road on the left side and condo office is at corner. Staff was very nice. There were some defects in the room so just report to staff. Good stay and my family would come again. Thank you.

Excellent Place to Stay & Affordable!!
We needed some place close to Lego Land without paying a lot of money for a hotel, and Holi Afiniti Themed Suits was perfect! It was a 5 minute walk out the back of the property to Lego Land, a mall with a grocery store, restaurants, a coffee shop, and awesome play structures/play grounds within the mall. The property had everything we needed for a 2 nights stay and was very clean. We bought breakfast items at the grocery store in the mall behind Holi Afiniti so we could eat before going to Lego Land. I would highly recommend staying at Holi Afiniti Themed Suites!

Good location.
Fantastic location with views of Legoland. Literally a road away from Legoland and the shopping center. Very convenient. Comfortable apartment with all the neccessities. Cleanliness can be improved. We had problems with thw Wifi but the service staff was super friendly and sorted it out. Overall a good stay and will come back again.

It is sunny and spacious. Across the street from Mall of Medini and Legoland. Great location. The wifi didn’t work, so we got a little thing for the internet. Then we had it all the time. The staff is polite and their office is also just across the street. We will use them again when we go back.

Bare minimum and mediocre modern apartment,
Service from the two guys at the desk when we arrived was surly and disinterested, directions to the apartment were vague. The lady at the desk later on was friendly and helpful. The apartment is not 'themed' as indicated in the post unless the theme is 'new apartment with unfinished decor and no amenities'. Even the pictures on the wall were frames still reading 'A4 Picture Frame'... Amenities supplied were poor, no tea/coffee, crummy mismatched collection of cutlery and dishes. I marked apartment down on cleanliness as one spare mattress had a bloodstain on it and there was dust and nuts under the beds. Apartment advertised as 2 queen beds and 1 fold out single. Actually only had 1 queen, 1 single and 1 fold out single. Front door did not lock despite repeated swipes. In fairness we didn't bother to report most of this to the service desk as 1) the location was good and we spent all our time at Legoland and 2) they didn't care anyway. We complained once about the pocket wifi not working and they were pretty unhelpful about that.

Good homestay experience
Unit was generally clean and comfortable. Only shortfall is the description of the unit. It was stated as 2-bedroom apartment with 2 Queen size bed. The unit assigned was actually a 1-bedroom unit with the study room being converted into a bedroom with a single bed + pullout bed. Luckily I’m only traveling with 2A+3C, so still ok.

Cups and bowls are old and dirty. The cups are broken and cracked. The floor is sticky as well when we arrive. It needs more maintainence the lights are wearing out. Other than that it is a great apartment to stay at.

Fantastic and enjoyable stay
Location, condition and cleanliness of room and facilities and service were excellent! Mahfuz, a staff, WhatsApp the check in details three days prior to arrival. Check in was easy, signed in at the security guard post at the lobby and collected the key. Given a Star Wars themed one bed apartment with two queen sized beds, a sofa bed and a kitchenette overlooking Legoland, as described in the website. Bed was comfy, linens were clean and the 4 pillows were not too soft. Only towels not so clean, still have a few stubborn stains. No housekeeping but it was fine with us. Choice of a hot soak in tub or relaxing bath from rainshower head. Air-con adjustable and silent. Kitchenette came with full cutlery, electrical stove, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, electrical water kettle. Impressed by the Staff (Mahfuz) service, prompt in responding to WhatsApp and addressed the faulty door within 15 minutes with another colleague. Legoland only 10 mins walk from Apt. through Mall of Medini (5 mins walk to mall). Causeway link bus from SG stops at the Mall. Taxi outside the mall aplenty. Dined at BK, KFC, Absolute Thai, Chicken Rice Shop and Old Town Coffee in the mall. Daily essentials from the 2 convenience stores there and 7-11 store below the Apt. Don’t need to buy bottled water as there was a professional water filter system attached to the water tap for you to drink directly from. Thanks to Alan, Apt’s Ops Director, and Mahfuz for the wonderful experience! Will visit again.

Spacious and Beside Mall and Legoland
The two-bedroom apartment was really very spacious for us 3 adults and 2 teeners. The main reason we rented it was to just walk to Legoland and back. It is really an easy walk to Legoland, plus nearer to the mall for restaurants or basic groceries.

Very near to Legoland. Across the road. Apartment was ok to stay. Alan from Holi was very kind to accommodate us for change of dates due to family situation. His staff however was slow to respond. Highlighted that the electric kettle was faulty on the day of check in but no replacement was done and day of check out, he could not even remember that I highlighted the kettle to him. Food wise should drive to Aeon Bukit Indah instead of at the mall opp

walking distance to Legoland, parking was confusing as it was connected to other properties, check in check out was easy. Aircond in one of the room not cold at all and the bathroom lights not working. Overall, it was good enough to stay with my family. Nothing spectacular about this place except the location if you want to be closed to Legoland.

No proper check in protocol
Price - Very good. cheaper than Somerset which is just next door. Location - Very good. Closet to Legoland and Mall of Medini. Parking - Very good. Free parking vs Sommerset which shares the same carpark but you need to pay RM 10. Check in - Very Bad. No proper reception counter. Check in with a security guard who does not speak English and then had to wait for a what I think is a building management staff which collected RM200 deposit only in cash (did not give receipt) and gave key card to room. Was not able to check in early when I arrive at 9.30am Room condition - Main door lock battery was low and had difficulty unlocking door. Had to contact the 'staff' who checked me in on his mobile no. to replace the battery. We got the Star Wars Theme studio room. Clean and comes with a spare single mattress covered in plastic. No bathtub just a shower. Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, sink and stove. Pots condition are bad - Teflon coating all scratched off. Chopsticks looks like they been chewed on by hungry guest. kitchen tap fitted to water filter system. No kettle to boil water had to use microwave. TV has basic free to air channels only but in HD. Check out - receive WhatsApp message from the 'staff' that check out was 11am but manage to extend to 12pm. at 11.30am part tie cleaners opens our room door without knocking but they then waited outside for us to leave. Checkout is passing the key card to the 'staff' who was waiting for us at the security desk.

Vacation to visit LEGOLAND with Kids
The wifi was not provided as promised/mentioned in the hotel description which made us difficult to connect. Also there was no person to communicate regarding issues of the property, tried calling the manager several time but he did not answer our calls. We had to move out from one room to another room within two days which was very difficult with my small kids. Even though the manager promised complimentary stay due to these issues, still has not contacted me to provide them. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone if they want to enjoy their vacation with kids. Very poor service!

Great location but bad customer experience
1. There is no reception. Security guards will help you to check-in with minimal knowledge of the procedures and locale. They will call someone and get approval for the room to be given 2. They do not allow to drop the luggage with them (basically there is no reception), so you have to carry all your luggage wherever you are traveling (mainly Lego land). Lego Land has very small lockers which are capable of docking in only bags not suitcases. 3. Room was spacious & comfortable but a bit untidy 4. No drinking water provided or any kinda coffee/tea etc., which you get in any hotel 5. If you are planning to cook by yourself (all ingredients to be purchased by yourself), you got umpteen options in the room itself. Its a full fledged kitchen. 6. Shampoo provided was stinking 7. Right below the hotel, there is a 7/11, convenience store.

Convenience to the local area is fantastic. Room had no hot water and the aircon was bearly cool let alone cold. Also, add said 2 Queen beds. There was only one and 2 single beds.

No wifi. Need to call owner / landlord for check-in on their mobile and they are not easy to reach. While the rooms were clean, the kitchen items were low end, mismatched and some need replacement.

Pleasant stay
Pleasant stay with my family of 6 including 4 young children. It was just right across Legoland and perfect for those who need a night’s rest in between visits to the 2 Legoland Parks. It was more affordable than the Somerset Medini residences which is housed in the same compound. Can’t expect 5 stars quality but it was sufficient. The apartment was clean and felt like home. Had some problems knowing where to get our keys and getting to the right lift - would have appreciated it if someone could have offered a little more info on how to sign in and check in before we arrived because we had already fully paid for the stay before arrival.

Overall Satisfied with Stay
disappointed: We did not get what was stated on your web site. We get 1 queen bed and 1 single with pull out bed instead of 2 queen bed. We get sofa seat instead of sofa bed. We were informed that the Wifi is down but I strongly feel that there was no Wifi available at all as stated on the web page. We book with you but the owner show we book from Expedia. Happy: The place was very clean and very near to LEGOLAND. the owner was very friendly. the security guard are very helpful and allowed us to park our car although the check in time was 3pm.

Value hotel for short stay
Good value except that they did not have the toothpaste and toothbrush available. Wifi is okay. Toilet seat is dirty with stain which cannot be clean. Otherwise very good.

Poor WiFi signal and dirty window
CHeck in check out is not organized. The windows of the room is so dirty. WiFi reception is poor in the room, can use it in dinning room only. TV signal is bad. Better have safe in the room. The roof top swimming pool is great. Location is very close to LegoLand.

Bad experience
The person in charged didnt inform regarding the booked suite was under maintence. When arrived at the accomodation, that guy said they have to transfer us to another accomodation which far form the located area desired. My family and i waited about 2 hour plus in the our car before we were able check in. The suite was not even ready and clean up properly when we were check in. The matress are lousy. The towels, blanket and pillows smell of saliva (euuww). Cheaper hotel is far better than this.

Good place to stay if going to Legoland
Property was situated near to the CW7 bus from 2nd link. Walking distance to Legoland. The apartment was spacious, and the sink was fitted with a water filter. Plates, bowls, utensils, and cooking apparatus were provided. However, the table cloth provided was used, and rather dirty. No front desk at the property, so you NEED to call up in advance to arrange for check-in. Free WIFI provided in the room has reasonable speed as well.

We had a pleasant 2nights stay at Holi Afiniti themed suites. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and smooth. Its just that we booked a unit with 2queen beds and 1sofa bed, but we got one with 1queen 1single bed with a pull-out. According to the staff in charge, theres no room with 2queen beds. Otherwise the unit was clean and beautiful with a modern touch. The apartmt was 3mins walk from medini mall and 3mins drive from mydin nusajaya (food sources! :)) All in all, we enjoyed our stay there..

Dirtiest place i ever stayed in
Room were so dirty we decided to stay on limited spots. Bathroom smelled terrible. No warm water in shower. Felt like we stayed in a public toilet in New York. Floors were sticky, Only God knows what was there. Staff scammed us on airport transfer with taxi RM 30 with hotel RM120.

Great location and good/clean facilities
The themed one bedroom studio suite we stayed in was perfect for our party of 3. The boys especially loved the Star Wars theme being SW die hard fans :-) I am especially thankful for the staff who met me at lobby and let us in earlier than expected due to our need to change clothes before heading to the water park.

Nice hotel for affordable price
Too nice for me.. we just back near mydin groceries n we cook.... all complete...there queen n sofa bed.. its really nice to me..except for the channel.. hahahaha.. not many choice..

Strategic location but cleanliness so so...
Toilet was dirty and with ants when we arrived. Only 1 toilet roll provided. No facial tissues. The digital lock at the entrance out of battery needs to be open manual without corridor lights. Only the location is strategic...
