「The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. Provided us beach lodges and umbrella. 」

「Wir waren beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Die Zimmer hatten eine hervorragende Klimaanlage, die uns angenehme kühle in den Nächten schenkte. Im Restaurant konnten wir sehr gut speisen und wurden hervorragend bedient. Bei kleinen technischen Problemen (Adapter für Steckdosen) wurde uns problemlos und freundlich, sofort geholfen, wir können dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen. 」

Cela devrait être dit plus clairement. D'autant plus que cette réservation n'a semble-t-il pas été bien transmise ou identifiée par l'hôtel. 「Accueil chaleureux dans un cadre exceptionnel, la vue sur la campagne toscane et le village de Capalbio est ressourçante. Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse sous le voile d'ombrage en compagnie du chien Zeno sont un bon moyen de débuter la journée d'autant que les produits proposés sont sains et délicieux. 「A wonderful stay. The hotel was perfect for us, travelling with a 3 year old. Very clean, perfect rooms, breakfast was great and the pool was amazing! 「Incredible place to stay for a few days. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with tastefully furnished rooms/suites. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast with everything you could possibly want!
