Generally enjoyed our experience. Great staff mostly, just the bartender was a little jaded or something. Though, front desk were very friendly and helpful, kitchen staff at breakfast were nice, and the cleaning staff were lovely. Room was nice, bathroom was clean. Only a few minor complaints. There was scum in some of the glasses in the room; the toilet stopped flushing (luckily it was the morning we left); the windows do not open and the air conditioning did not cool sufficiently, so it got a bit stuffy.

I slept so good, I hit the snooze button twice! Scheduled an airport shuttle for the morning. When I came down to check out they said they weren’t going to be able to shuttle me to the airport but they would call an Uber, on them, to take me. Didn’t get a chance to grab breakfast before I left but did take a look and it looked good. I def plan to come back to the area and will def stay here again

Nice and clean room, not much of a view. Nice staff. Didn't like having to pay $22 for parking. Breakfast was fantastic and the highlight of our stay.

The staff and service were first rate. The location great. Very clean city and felt safe. The room itself was not very soundproof and we could hear other hotel guests inside and outside of their rooms.

Great hotel to stay
It was so amazing, we had good time staying there even one night . It was so quiet. The room is spacious, it has kitchen which is plus for me. I made soup for my kid who got hungry in the middle of the night. The front desk people are so friendly and treated me with respect.

Nice hotel near John Wayne Airport
I booked the hotel because of its location and airport shuttle service. The hotel itself was nice and looks new and modern the room was laid out great with a full kitchen complete with stove top, dishwasher, fridge and microwave as well as pots and pans. There's a robot that delivers food from the bar downstairs which was very interesting. The pool was not heated and there's a huge gym, the breakfast had some options but I only drink coffee in the morning but has sausages, potatoes and eggs.

Very good stay with clean, spacious room and good amenities. Breakfast was decent (could have yogurt without sugar instead of sweet; scrambled eggs could be softer). Bar area needs better wine selection and snacks. The hotel is a bit isolated and far from activities. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We always stay here when we visit our son. Love the updated renovations and breakfast area. Always clean and nice. Last minute we needed a larger room because we had our daughter join us and Charlie was very gracious and upgraded our room at a reasonable fee. The only thing was our shower and bathroom sinks drained very slow. Otherwise our stay was nice as always. Thank you!!!

Accidentally booked for the wrong night. I was willing to pay the difference to be upgraded to a suite but the manager (Andrew) denied it because of "policy". I ended up booking an Embassy Suites in the same area for cheaper and a better room. Save yourself the trouble and start with them.

親切物超所值的體驗
網上的照片，看起來暗暗的，有點擔心飯店是否舒適，可是看網上評價很不錯。沒想到 環境比網上好很多。從櫃檯的服務很親切，到早餐廚房，打掃房間。一路遇到的工作人員都是面帶微笑非常親切。 房間裡的小廚房設備俱全，免費的早餐 堪比飯店付費的早餐，選擇花樣很多， 食物新鮮，還有新鮮的果汁，加上咖啡也是濃濃的咖啡。還有過濾的飲水機。是一趟非常舒適而且物超所值的體驗。五星推薦。地點比較靠近機場，距離海邊觀光景點大約 6 miles 。
