"We stayed in room #4 on the main floor, spacious, comfortable king bed, fireplace, sofa.. very tiny bathroom, but decent shower and hairdryer. There are a lot of little things that could be improved upon.. better lighting in the room just one small light over the bed, one small table lamp, but no lighting in entry area. Chairs in main dining area require refurbishing, exterior bedroom doors at least on main floor are scratched and require a cost of paint Parking is available out front free of charge. We had breakfast and dinner there one night and enjoyed both our meals. Overall although we enjoyed our stay in at the inn, value vs cost for room is weak. That said the history and character of the inn is still charming.."

"I had a great stay in this beautiful insanely landscaped guest house. The place overlooks a long stretch of a private beach & an amazing garden with plenty of seats & tables. The views are really scenic. It is around 12 mins drive from Grand Bend beach. The kitchen has loads of utensils. There is no property management on-site but they are available via texting & are very responsive. I would love to stay there again"

"The kiwi is fantastic, so cute and clean. That being said, the pool and hot tub area were pretty sad. The entire pool liner was lifting and the hot tub was dirty and cold. We weren’t there for the pool so this had no impact on us and we would definitely stay again"
