「The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!」

「This is a beautiful well maintained property. The stayed in an updated Double room. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is spacious. There was a welcome letter with all the information you will need during your stay and delicious cookies! A comfortable robe and plush towels. All the staff was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious and the coffee 👍👍. 10/10 recommend. Don’t forget ur complimentary cocktail! Will definitely visit again in the future.」

「From check-in to asking questions about the mass transit system to breakfast and check-out, this place checked the boxes. Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was real food not microwaved and served to the guests. Sunday breakfast was scrambled eggs with peppers and cheese, sausage or ham, and hash brown crowns. They had cereal, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles, yogurts, and fresh apples or bananas. The place was clean and has a special guest named Simba who is a delight!」
