Great value for the rate of the room. Compelling aspects of this hotel is the staff friendliness, pets are allowed, and the facilities are clean. There is also plenty of restaurants and an OXXO located within the plaza. I would recommend for anyone that needs somewhere to stay in Irapuato.

I honestly disliked, that the property was not disabled friendly, yet a sign next to reception which I pointed out to the front staff. No safe to put your money or passports away. No coffee maker, No Refrigerator, No bottled water. wow really all these things all the other hotels provide. Everything I mentioned above is what makes us travelers' life easy. Having none of these amenities really makes us not want to come back. Honestly, I will never stay there again. And you staff, every time I had questions, they never knew the answers and inform me they would get back to me with the information i needed. And your continental breakfast is so limited. I travel a lot and never never in all my years traveling have I seen such a limited menu, items for breakfast, and amenities that hotels should have for their guests. I will never refer this hotel. And if they as me, I will definitely inform them of what you guys don't provide. Your hotel is falling behind and need to provide better services.
