Second time we stayed here. We feel safe main reason why we like to stay there and close to where we want to go. This second time the beds are NOT comfy they are super hard. Also this time there was a lot of cockroaches. Specially in the bathroom and shower area.

The property was bad in construction carpet was duty we’re five members $ they only give us 3 toallas the water on the shower came up black with dirt like like sewer water the only good part was the breakfast staff they were very nice & helpful I will never stay in this property again I trust Expedia to search better the property’s you have in you website all of us have mosquitoes because bites or something else the property needs to have a inspection to know what king of animals they have I strongly believe are bedbugs such this is disturbing to my family

Part of the hotel was under construction when I stayed there. Not noisy, but a little dusty. Also a little difficult to park with all the construction. It was a very good value for the price!

Terrible experience

The hotel is terrible. There are a lot of man there outside of their rooms drinking and staring at people. Also, someone try to enter to our room like tree times in the night. We have a terrible experience. I don’t recommend it at all. We called to the front desk and they didn’t answer. I hope nobody pass for the same experience as me.

I had a reservation to check in on 4/12/24 My airline changed my schedule so I arrived on 4/11/24 I called and spoke to a receptionist and reserved one more night I told her that I will be at the property around 12am since I was schedule to arrive at 11pm at the airport, she confirmed my reservation, When I arrived to the hotel I found out that my reserved room was already occupied by some one else and the hotel was full. It was not comfortable to find onether hotel at midnight and with 3 pieces of luggage. I ended up sleeping on a couch in my brothers house. Finaly when I checked in on 4/12/24 the shower drain was clogged, but the most uncomfortable situation was cockroches in the room, i felt something on my face while sleeping and it was a cockroach. I have been staying at this hotel for few years at least 3 times a year. But I am thinking about finding another hotel.

amplia y muy comoda habitación, con un pequeño sofa para descansar sentado viendo la televisión, el escritorio amplio para trabajar y un pequeño frigobar para guardar comida cuando es estancia larga. Se encuentra frente a la mega comercial lo que es ideal porque se puede ir a comprar cosas de comida o lo que haya faltado para el viaje. Personal amable y el desayuno es basto y de buen gusto.

Segun es petfriendly te cobran por noche por la mascota y no te quieren permitir el acceso al restaurante con la mascota, otro comentario es que en los detalles del hotel te manejan un precio por la mascota y en recepcion te cobran otro precio no lo recomiendo para las personas que llevan su mascota

Estoy muy decepcionada del Hotel, las habitaciones estan en condiciones deplorables sin mantenimiento, cortinas rotas, pasillos sin luz, cerradura de la habitacion en mal estado, sabanas sucias, colchón y almoda dura, regadera sin agua, lugar muy inseguro. Y no hay atencion adecuada al cliente ni resolucion real de las quejas. La unica opcion fue abandonar el hotel antes de lo previsto por todo lo anterior.
