Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Parkgarage, nicht sehr einfach zu erreichen und zu finden und von außen gruselig: gammeliges Tor, Müll davor, zerfetzte Planen von einem Baustellengerüst, die einem ins Gesicht klatschen, wenn man aussteigt, um das vergammelte Tor mittels einer Karte zu öffnen. Da ist eindeutig Verbesserungsbedarf, liegt aber wahrscheinlich nicht in der "Macht" des TOLLEN Hotels!"

"Nice service, tasty dinner, relaxing spa area. They allowed us to use the spa area even after check out on the day of the departure. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. Just one thing, the hotel didn't offer seafood breakfast like smoke salmon or shrimp salad, which are typical for four star hotels in Germany (especially in northern Germany). The breakfast quality was otherwise okay, but with seafood the quality would have been significantly higher. "

"Nice from the outside and a good restaurant, but the room was poor. No A/C, only a cheap mobile fan which had no ability to cool the room to a reasonable temperature. Cheap and hard foam mattress which did not allow for air circulation and instead reflected the body heat back up so I felt I slept on a griddle. Not a single night out of three did I get a good rest. Woke up constantly due to heat and uncomfortable mattress. After complaining, I received a second mobile unit which made it slightly...
