From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only friendly but also highly professional. Muito bom o hotel, precisa melhorar apenas o espaço físico para os hóspedes no horário do café da manhã, achei muito pequeno.....dependendo da quantidade de hóspedes, alguns terão que esperar vaga no lado de fora.

Bom, mas pode melhorar

Café da manhã congestionado das 06h30 até 07hs, gente comendo de pé fora do salão com seis mesas e outros sentados na recepção. Evite quarto com banheiro compartilhado, pias ficam no corredor e sanitários apertados. Cama, ar condicionado, ventilador, TV com canais a cabo e limpeza bons. Wi-fi oscilante. Melhor reservar quarto com frigobar e banheiro privativo.

Experiência nada agradável .

Razoável, lei quanto estava sujo e não havia janela apenas um vitro próximo ao teto . À espera de usar um banheiro coletivo é pessima pois estava tudo junto com as demais peças de uso e a pessoa que estava tomando banho Trancava a porta . Na havia local para pendurar as roupas de banho é um acessório extremamente barato que faz diferença. Vi pessoas que saiam do banho apenas de toalha, Os funcionários agradáveis e o café da manhã estava ótimo . Fiquei 6 dias não parcelaram no cartão tive que pagar avista .

Excelente custo benefício

Maravilhosa a estada. Após dirigir mais de doze horas, mega exausto, fiz o check in bastante ágil e pude desfrutar de um banho hiper relaxante e deitar numa cama muito boa. Na manhã seguinte com às forças renovadas foi só alegria ao degustar o café da manhã, que acredito seja um dos melhores de Governador Valadares

Internet no 4o andar era simplesmente h-o-r-r-í-v-e-l, o que relatei mas nem deram bola, e os box dos sanitários dos banheiros compartilhados são apertadíssimos, impossível fechar a porta durante o uso. Limpeza (exceto do banheiro) impecável, bom café da manhã e funcionários prestativos e educados, além da boa localização.

Atendimento muito bom. Porém, não havia nos termos falando de banheiro compartilhado. O banheiro não tinha nem espaço para pendurar as coisas durante o banho. Meu quarto não tinha nenhuma janela visível, só tinha uma báscula e era no 4 andar. O café da manhã estava muito gostoso!

Pra quem precisa se exercitar pode ser bom ficar no quarto andar, até porque a escada desanima sair para comer _ o box do banheiro compartilhado pode ter uma bancada e ganchos para deixar roupas etc
