Upon check in I waa charged more then Expedia showed I would be billed..I told the deak clerk I had an email confirmation to show correct price and she refused to look at ot saying " we will charge what we want " Room was clean enough but customer service was not good..

I was given a price by Expedia and then charged almost $10 more at check-in. Which from the base price nearly doubled my cost for my stay. Talk to owner about it. Showed him the picture of my confirmation. He took a picture. Nothing was refunded. The breakfast bar they show on the picture does not exist. It's a short cabinet area with dry cereal and packaged sweets and a half gallon of milk out of the fridge to share.

Online ad said it was 35 bucks a night. When I got in he charged me $71. He called it taxes and fees. We reserved a non-smoke room and he gave us a smoke room. We went back to change rooms, he told us we had to pay more to upgrade to a king. Wasn’t happy when we demanded a smoke free room for free. If you’re gonna spend 70 bucks get yourself a nicer place.

For one thing it ended up costing over $20 more than Expedia said it would. Continental breakfast was toast and OJ or Little Debbie snacks. That part was definitely below the normal motel breakfast. Renovation on the rooms are below standard. The outlets need replaced. Otherwise whatever is plugged in will fall out. My list could be longer, but just know I will not stay there again.

The floor was dirty, Nail clippings by the night stand, pee and hair on the toilet, hairs on the bed sheets. By far the nastiest place I've ever had to stay. I see why they were the only place in town with vacancy. I read other reviews while I was there. If the person writing the review had an "American" name it was bad and was a real review. All the 5 star reviews were fake! Wouldn't stay here again if it was the only place in town

Booked a room on Orbitz for a set price. Owner didn’t honor set price and charged more supposedly due to booked room type not available at near empty motel. Most will honor price if room type not available.

These crooked AF people

First off when I walked in the door the owner was calling the front desk to tell them how much to charge me, they disregarded my reservation, ignored my price guarantee, told me I still owed them after they took every dime out of my account, refused to refund my money when I realized. What they was doing, was told I was beat I wasn't getting a refund and that I had to take the room, I was robbed, forced to stay there I want my money back, all of it, I didn't want that dump of a room after what they took from me. Was told I would get a partial refund after I checked out and that was hours ago .I want all of my money back, all of it, I will not stay there or use this service again ever.

The bath tub didn’t have a stopper so we couldn’t use the tub, there was barely any hot water, no coffee cups or water cups. The refrigerator was warm due to not being plugged in.

Total negative. Price doubled from what was agreed online — no negotiation. No toilet paper - half plug-ins did not work - tv had PARENTAL controls. Breakfast - HA! Too many awful things — will NEVER stay here or recommend.
