「Very pleasant stay experience」

「Very pleasant stay experience, the swimming pool and fitness facilities are complete, the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic, making us feel the warmth of home.」

「Upon arrival they placed us in a room with a window covered with film felt very enclosed and very uncomfortable. They then moved us to another room on second level which then had a mouse in the wall. They then moved us to a different room after complaining, which I'll add was close to midnight after driving 12-hours. I might add the staff who checked us in had the audacity to ask if we used anything prior to moving us, might I add we were ready to sleep when we heard the mouse. Smh. The manager...

「The staff contactd me ahead of my stay to tell me that the hotel was going to be hosting people stranded after flooding in the north of the province. This meant the hotel would be busier than usual, expecially since one elevator was under repair. I appreciated the advance notice.」

「Our room was well maintained and update. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our check in went smoothly. The pool was broken during our stay. We did book this hotel for the pool which caused some frustration for our kids - but overall, everything else was great.」
