Staff are polite and helpfull however hotel is in dire need of a renovation, its tired and worn, my rooms furniture had badly stained upholstery to the point I did not want to sit down, linens and towels were clean as was the bathroom, adequate for a one night stopover.

The room was spacious and very nice, the bed was comfortable and we loved the coffee and tea station. We ate at the restaurant several times and they were always understaffed. The staff that were there were working very hard, but there were just too few. We waited at the hostess station for over 10 minutes before someone was able to seat us, then it took forever to order and get our food. The quality of the food was very average. But the location of the hotel was perfect for our activities.

Nice clean room perfect for a family of 4. We stayed in 3 premier inns during this current vacation. West Inverness was the only one to leave a note welcoming us and leaving a toy/coloring books for the kids. A nice welcome, close to city Centre (1 mile). The restaurant unfortunately was short staffed and not taking in diners even though the restaurant was empty. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Perfect!

Terrible staff, pretty useless. Stayed there for 4 nights, kept asking them for housekeeping everyday, but did not get housekeeping on any day- no toilet cleaning, no bedsheet changes, no fresh towels. Staff were unapologetic, pathetic. I should have read the reviews of other guests. Location is bad, next to huge cemetery and couple miles away from the city. Try living closer to the city center so you can walk everything. Premier has taken over some old building and converted it into hotel, so aesthetics are terrible, looks shady cheap motel, in a low life neighborhood

It was fine. You can see in the corners of things that they don't get it fully cleaned, but it didn't smell and it looked nice otherwise. They have apparently never had anyone ask for an extra blanket before and that didn't end up happening. They have a restaurant on site and it was actually pretty good. Nice enough for a one night stay.
