"Rooms were clean hotel was quiet there is no pool, the patio can be used but you can’t bring your own drink down to sit by the fire pit. Breakfast was fairly good but some items were cold a microwave would help in that area. Furnishings in lobby are nice. Hotel is a little out of the way and no walkable attractions or restaurant's."

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"

"Impossible to justify this flop house as a motel!!! Staff need hotelier training. The owner is turning rooms into monthly cheap rents for "locals". There is no breakfast provided which is strange considering there is a dining room - and the "owners" run a fish and chip restaurant at this location. It was a lovely old quaint hotel close to a beach. At least it used to be clean. Bedding was well used and not spotless - no mattress cover in one case. It's finished as a motel."

"This place has come a long way over the past year and is far better maintained. It is a basic place suited for contractors who require a clean room and basic amenities. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask as the staff will try to help out as best they can."

"We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Kincardine! We absolutely loved our time there. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great bonus and made our mornings easier, especially while travelling with family. The location was convenient, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our visit to Kincardine. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued.
