We stayed for 5 nights and found the unit to be clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and professional, a convenience store was within walking distance which made it handy for any shopping top ups. Overall we had a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Invercargill

was surprised to find extra large bed, plenty of room and the bathroom was a pleasure, full bath and separate shower plus toilet, plenty of space. very impressed actually with the whole room

Clean and tidy, spacious, easily accessible to the shops and other places we where going. Pillows to soft for me light shone in through glass door at night from street light but solved problem with a bath towel over the door.

Carpets had numerous stains. You wldnt want to stay there with a baby or toddler crawling around the floor. Shower had mould, door didn’t shut properly so water all over door and drain was dirty. Otherwise comfortable enough and good space. Staff gave us the key and that was all we seen or heard from them
