I would have given 5 star's but found that this hotel's quality of customer service could be vastly improved by hiring more staff. This is most evident at breakfast when there's no one available to clear tables. This is a lovely hotel in a lovely location so please don't let the standard slip .Well ...

Rooms were lovely and well decorated. Beds were really comfortable. The only downfall was dinner. We waited almost an hour for food and one meal arrived very cold. Shame as it looked good otherwise. The meal was removed from the bill.
