No remote for tv available. Toilet seat needs repair. Empty garbages. Need adequate supply of toilet paper. Microwave cord not long enough to plug in.

I rarely write negative reviews since I own several businesses. I Appreciate having a customer communicate with me rather than leave poor reviews. However, Love Hotels would not take care of the issues when we communicated directly. Our cab driver told us “the voyageur closed down. I’m just warning you.” When we arrived, the building was very dilapidated. There was trash, Dominoes Pizza boxes stacked, and various junk items like crock pots stacked in the entrance. We literally waited for 15 minutes while the staff was calling management trying to get the password to Square to check us in. The carpets are completely stained and ripped. There are large areas with no paint on the walls. When we saw the room, one of the beds was completely swayed in the middle. We wanted to watch the Stanley Cup that night, so we immediately checked to see if the cable worked. It did not. The remotes were not working and the channel was stuck on an old western channel. The overall feel of the hotel was completely unclean and not very safe. When we told the hotel we would not be staying there, they refused to refund our money. I took pictures of all the trash and the conditions of the hotel to show Love Hotels. They still wouldn’t refund our money. So I will take this up with the credit card company.

I was there for an event and this was a convenient location. The room was clean and bed comfortable. There was coffee and tea at the lobby available all the time. The manager was very helpful and friendly.

Comfy bed. Extremely clean room. Room didn't smell bad, didn't smell old and didn't smell like cleaning fluids. The bed was very clean, including the headboard. Sheets super white and super clean. Three pillows on the double bed, one pillow was awesome. So soft. The other two were more firm and also nice. The bathroom was super clean, toilet and sink were extra clean. Everything worked perfectly. I used to clean rooms in hotels and I was checking out everything, I couldn't even find any dust anywhere. The only thing I would suggest is a hook or two somewhere to hang a robe or towel, etc. The front desk woman was very friendly and nice. Cute, vintage hotel.

Worst hotel ever
The first night was fine. The second night the key card didn’t work and there was no one around to let us in the room. We called the after hour phone number, no answer had to leave a message. Sent a text message, still nothing. Walked up and down the hallway and went downstairs in the employee only area calling out for someone, nothing. Called the police, they came and went door to door pounding on the doors and calling out “police”, nothing. Finally a lady came out of one of the rooms and made us a new key, we were in. Got into the room, no new towels, nothing was cleaned. Day three, key card didn’t work again, but the lady was here to let us in. Again no new towels and not cleaned. I took clean towels from the room next door. We won’t be back.
