The apartment although in convenient location is in dilapidated condition. Badly needs a remodel. However, hotel Toscana staff was very cooperative and accommodated us elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, avoid this host. SCAM

The reservation was with payment on site. The host changed this one month before arrival and demented full payment. Then 1 day before arrival contacted me and said my place "has emergency" and need to move us to other"better place" . When checked in at 7.30pm( at night) the host send someone else to check in us and instead of apartment we got hostel style place with bunkbeds. Horrible place. No customer service offered in this case. Avoid this host . This is scam.

The picture doesn't properly represent the property. It was extremely dirty, with dust and hair everywhere. The walls are dusty, and the bathroom tiles are damaged and have a musty smell. The water doesn't drain in the shower, and when we asked the hotel receptionist to address it, he did a poor job. We couldn't find another place, so we were stuck spending the night here. The flat is located above an Indian restaurant, and the entire place smells like old, dirty oil. I have children with asthma, and I didn't expect this from a place in Switzerland! The receptionist said he can't refund us because he has our card information, and even if we don't stay, he will still charge my card. This is a scam! I hope the owner starts conducting business fairly because this feels like a trap.

La habitacion esta muy sencilla, muy caro el precio con relacion al lugar, esta muy bien ubicado pero el baño estaba en pesimas condiciones y el piso del baño muy peligroso, no lo recomiendo.
