Amazing stay

Beutifully renovated home, the bedding smelled freshly washed, and the beds were super comfy. There was muffins, which my kids enjoyed, and coffee in the morning. They are still renovating the outside but it didn't inconvenience us at all. My family of six loved it! Hopefully will be back soon.

We stayed Friday-Monday, Room was clean, love how quiet it is, had all the towels and toiletries we may have needed. Owner talked to us every time he saw us and asked if there was anything we needed. He joined us for morning coffee and danishes and talked about why we were visiting and told us about the property and plans for the expansion of it in the near future. Will definitely stay again when we come back to visit friends that live in the area.

The owners/ staff are kind and helpful. My husband and I stayed a night for a quick overnight bass fishing trip and since left early they served a nice bowl of fresh fruit with coffee. They have newly renovated the top floor of the B&B making a nice room for the night, even with a sweet lake view from my own private porch. We will be back!

This place is fantastic! They are doing some construction right now, but the room and the property were beautiful. My partner and I sat by the lake while the sun went down, and I got to relax on a private balcony that came with my room. The owners are so nice and thoughtful and made us feel right at home. They said they offer breakfast but I think we got up to late for it, but they did have some coffee available that was good. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back again.

Judith and Michael we’re very nice and helpful. The place itself was difficult to find due to lack of signs and the street number was hard to see. Its a good place to stay but just know there is not many places open and no ubers in the evenings. At night there are very little street lights.

Its a charming old 1890's vacation home by the lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a bed and breakfast, but the breakfast could use an upgrade. Overall, if you like old homes and quiet days/nights by the lake. This is the place.

The outside of the building appeared to be under some rennovation, and the inside had a few quirks that come with older buildings, but overall we enjoyed the stay.

What a beautiful experience. If you crave peace, this is your home away from home. Mr. Griffin is an incredible conversationalist, and he keeps the rooms clean. Speaking of the rooms: Prepare yourself to enjoy a level of peace and quiet that you've never experienced before. 10/10

Smell and stench of cigarette smoke was throughout the rooms in the hallway and the furniture in the room that was given to us was all broken with no drawers. The bathroom was filthy, and everything was extremely dated was afraid to even set the luggage down for fear, there may be bedbugs lurking.

I booked here here because we were passing through. The website made the property look nice. Turns out property was under renovation. The yard was junky. Junk cars in the driveway. The hotel signage was unclear. They had a blanket blocking a upstairs exterior door. It look like they had just torn a porch off the building. The curb appeal was zero. Upon arrival we chose not to stay. They can keep my non refundable rate. They need it to put into there not so great hotel.

The pictures showed a beautiful little cottage, it was anything but. We had to step over 2x4’s to get to a door that had no lights. We were greeted by old paint cans inside and a man inside eating dinner watching tv. He showed us rooms with no ac and a bed that had been slept in. We called the owner and he told us we did not have a reservation and told us we should leave. It was a terrible experience, don’t go
