"Had a very relaxing 5 night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean though starting to look a bit tired. The pool area was lovely and quiet during our stay. The only issue we had is that after we checked out we realised we had misplaced a set of headphones. We emailed the hotel straightaway but had no response. We tried calling and finally got through and told they would look into it and call back. To date we still have not had a response. Very disappointing!"

"Only if house keeper could clean top up tea station. Every time I requested tea bags. Yea stationed was not cleaned or top up while we were staying."
