Kompakt, Bett sauber, Umgebung , Quartier angenehm . Restaurantpersonal und Zimmermädchen sehr nett Zum Glück hatte ich eigene Kleiderbügel mit und musste nicht diese nervigen teilabnehmbaren benützen/ Duschschlauch hatte schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, sonst war Bad sauber.

In meinem Badezimmer 419 kam es öfter mal vor dass das Licht nur flimmert anstatt an zu bleiben. Was sehr unangenehm war. Der Park in der Nähe war super für meinen Hund.

Kurzurlaub in Innsbruck

Die Lage des Hotel ist optimal, man kann zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war einfach aber o.k.; Die Bedienung war morgens schon etwas gestresst. Die Parkplätze sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, man muss auf eine Rampe fahren.

Non si può dare quattro stelle ad un hotel mal gestito. Nessuno che aiuta per i bagagli. In camera la mochett sporca e logora. Colazione con stanze separate, charter e clienti privati. Garage non con i requisiti di sicurezza. Bagno piccolissimo. Senza bidet. Da non consigliare assolutamente.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo albergo essenziale e pulito. Lo staff è stato veloce nel check in ed estremamente cortese nel darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. La colazione è sia dolce che salata, ricca e ben fatta. La consiglio vivamente poiché è un’ottima struttura e sebbene non sia nel centro storico di Innsbruck è ben collegata dal servizio tram (ogni 7/8 minuti)

The location was a bit far from the main train station. Missing water heater for boiling hot water as weather were cold during my stay. But overall, we like this place caused is is quiet.

Die Parkgarage ist sehr eng und für größere Fahrzeuge (SUV) kaum benutzbar! Vorsicht bei Ein-und Ausfahrt ist dringend geboten!!!!

Reception cordial but not that helpful with directions. Breakfast was included and ok. A bit of a walk to the old town but the Innsbruck card was well worth it once we figured out what was covered and how to get to the various areas.

Reservamos esse hotel pelo valor e pelo fato de estarmos com animais de estimação e no site dizer que "animais se hospedam grátis". Para nossa surpresa, ao fazer o check-in foi apresentada uma taxa de 8 euros por animal por diária, ou seja, tivemos que pagar mais 16 euros pois estávamos com 2, sendo que aleguei e mostrei para a recepcionista do hotel que estava no site "animais sem custo", sendo que a resposta que obtive na hora foi que deveria pagar e pronto. Decepcionante o cliente não ter a razão por uma coisa explícita. Fora isso, o hotel possui a estrutura antiga, tanto mobiliário quanto instalações, local barulhento e o atendimento que poderia compensar não compensou, pelo contrário, piorou a situação. Estacionamento próprio do hotel ainda cobrado 9 euros. Café da manhã satisfatório. Em resumo, se pagar todas as taxas que vem "por fora do valor da diária", pague mais caro e se hospede num hotel que te atenda bem e seja no centro da cidade, pois nem isso era.
