「I have a service dog, I contacted the hotel when I made the reservation and provided the required information. At checkout in the staff did not want to check me in because they are not a pet friendly hotel. I stated my dog was a service dog, and told them it was preapproved, but I still got attitude for having a dog. When I got to the room, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the sink was so nasty it had what looked like food or something from someone teeth and mouth, hair all over...

「The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. 」

「This property is in a unique location tucked off the interstate behind a truckstop and a motel. Navigation may try to take you through the truckstop parking lot, which was blocked by 18 wheelers. Once you get to the hotel, it is very nice inside. My only complaint was the coffee machine only had decaf coffee for our 6:30 AM departure. The person on staff was sitting in the lounge on her cell phone rather than making sure everything was prepared for their breakfast. The hotel itself was very...
