"The hotel was a little run down….could use some Reno’s but the location was perfect for a quick stop on our drive. The staff were friendly and the complementary breakfast was above average."

"This hotel was well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, they had a great complimentary breakfast and cold water bottles on check in and check out. The room had a full kitchenette so would work well for extend fed stays. There was a pool and fitness center. Overall good option."

"The room was very clean, the staff was helpful. It was a shame that the lobby was being renovated while we had a stay there. Thankfully the construction wasn’t there during the evening but I wish we were notified of the construction beforehand or else we would’ve planned a stay elsewhere."

"I love this place and I’ve been here many times over the last 40 years and it’s aged pretty well. The hot tub could’ve been fuller, but I understand it was just clean that day. I did notice that the water temperature in the room took a very long time to get hot, especially in the bathroom sink. Other than that, I would totally stay again. You can’t find friendlier people than lava Hot Springs."

"We had a wonderful stay. It started when when we checked in. The staff is so friendly. The private hot pools on the property were awesome. The breakfast was delicious - homemade quiche and bearclaws and turnovers. The coffee is excellent too. You can't go wrong. Treat yourself to a stay at the Riverside. "
