「Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful Bed mattress was not good, it’s was more like a sleeper sofa mattress No elevator for those that have heavy luggage, but if you are lucky you can ask front desk to bring it up stairs Breakfast is very good with fresh food and bread」
