I am from Canada and I thought this hotel should be good but They call it a 5 start but donโ€™t have smart tv. Compare to other hotels in indore its hospitality is not good. Dont deserve the label of 5 star. Rooms are very small. Never coming back here.

Centrally located comfortable hotel in Indore

It was good enough for a nightโ€™s stay. Breakfast spread and service was excellent. Gajraj Singh was particularly very hospitable. Location of the hotel was central to the business area.

Comfortable stay at a great location in Indore

It was a very comfortable stay at WoW hotel. Room was a bit smaller but very clean and room Service was very quick. Breakfast spread was very good. The surrounding area is good and has 3 big Malls within walking distance. Overall it is worth the money and I would like to visit again.

It was horrible check out experience where in the gentleman named Rahul showed all the attitude and extremely discourteous on all front. It has happened with the same gentleman a second time. All I asked was that โ€œ is there a discount on food and beveragesโ€ which at the time of check in I was told that they will try and consider .
