Wonderful property, super kind, helpful, and competent staff. I had some issues with professionalism and keeping up to the Indian standard of hospitality at another hotel in this city and I’m happy to say this hotel keeps up with the bigger cities. It’s a veg hotel and a nice surprise was really good coffee at the cafe with a real espresso machine. The breakfast buffet was also good, even though there are no eggs. The pool is quiet and peaceful. It is close to Pheonix mall. Bring cash as I found it hard to find an ATM.

Disliked: Staff & service
Hotel complex is huge but no clear signs marking hotel lobby. Room was ordinary cannot complain. Room service and staff were primarily appeared untrained and lacking basic information. When called for food in room they could not comprehend idea of charging to room, instead asking for cash given order was getting placed in late night . When informed front desk they acknowledge but seems to lack control over things. Breakfast buffet was good and vegetarian only.

My stay at the Sheraton was a very positive and enjoyable experience. I would like to specifically recognize Mr. Gurpreet Sidhu F&B and Mr. Aman from the Front Desk team for their exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to guest service. Throughout my four-day stay, they consistently demonstrated a high level of care, responsiveness, and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of my visit were handled efficiently and courteously. Their dedication to delivering excellent hospitality significantly enhanced my overall experience and reflects positively on the Sheraton brand. The food quality was consistently excellent, and the culinary team deserves recognition for maintaining high standards. While the property offers a comfortable and welcoming environment, certain areas would benefit from renovation, maintenance, and general upgrades to better align with the expectations associated with a premium hotel experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and sincerely appreciate the efforts of the staff, particularly Gurpreet Sidhu and Aman, whose outstanding service made a meaningful difference during my visit.

We stayed here with our family, and overall it was a lovely experience. The staff took great care of us and were always eager to help whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast spread was nice, and the food was tasty throughout our stay. The only downside was the path from the lobby to the swimming pool, which seemed a bit old and not well maintained. Apart from that, everything else was awesome.
