The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing: friendly, personable, welcoming. The toilet didn’t flush unless I manually pulled the chain. The GFI outlet didn’t work all the time. The ironing board was broken. Close to Walmart and restaurants and convenience stores. A lot of foot traffic coming and going. A lot of trash in the parking lot.

Took a while to get checked in and it was after our 3pm check in time. The room was supposed to be smoke free and it was full of smoke smell. The remote to the tv wouldn’t change the channel. All would do is turn the tv on/off and change the volume. Brought it to their attention and they lady at the desk couldn’t even understand me because she didn’t speak English.

Where to start. The room had clearly been smoked in, I’ve washed my clothes twice to remove the horrible smell from the room. The floor was “sticky” so much so my shoe almost came off while walking. The bathroom wasn’t clean and hair still present in the bathtub. I never used the shower so I can’t tell you if it had hot water or if the shower even worked. 50 deposit due at check in, which I don’t mind at all, but how about you use that money to clean your rooms. I’ve traveled to third world countries and had hotels cleaner. No I am not exaggerating… sincerely seen cleaner facilities in Haiti. But it was last minute needed a place. If you take enough sleeping pills and keep the lights off. Don’t walk on the floor and plan to wash your clothes twice upon return this place works.

first, i asked for an accessible room. retired military & currently an event photographer, i have alot of gear & stairs are an enemy. they put me on the 2nd floor & the ac/heat. . . i could whistle more than it blew air, but followed through with a promise & moved me the next day. second, my fridge did not work in the new room & spoiled $50+ food. . . .they said they would refund me IF i had booked through their site. . .followed through again when they said they would contact managment & i came in to a new fridge that evening. first room, smelled smokey but second room smelled bleach & clean. i stay here once a year for an annual event & since renovating, this is my 2nd "minor" issue but very convenient to local area stuff & staff has followed through.

The staff here are terrible. Which affects your whole stay. While the rooms aren’t filthy, the comforters are disgusting, they aren’t changed often or even washed. A 4 person room had 3 towels and 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth..yuck. They start calling your room a little after 10 am bugging about paying for another day or leaving by 11. Check out time is 11 AM SHARP! There’s no late check out. They charge 35 out of your deposit if you’re late and threaten your 16 year old with the police if you don’t leave fast enough. We had stayed for 3 nights because it was cheap. But when we went to rebook our account was incorrect and had to go to the bank to fix the issue. Spoke to Linda, front desk employee, about it. We had two rooms so I paid for the one but had to wait until after the bank visit for the other. They were made aware. But after I left is when she kept calling the room threatening my son. Every person I had dealings with that works there were all unprofessional and extremely rude. They make it abundantly clear that it’s a service that doesn’t allow for kindness, civility, cleanliness or any other customer related service that most people cater to in hopes that you’ll refer them as well as return. It’s just a place to sleep, a bed…a unclean one at that. Keep your sanity.. Go elsewhere
