This place is the worst. Dead bugs in the fridge, this falling out of the bed, molding falling off the wall, holes in the wall, smelled like someone smoked through the entire motel, the fan in the bathroom made noise.

I had an employee use his key and try to come in my room at 11pm. I had kids in my room as well. Thank goodness I had the latch on and he couldn’t open the door all the way.

Had to ask for towels, blankets,and repair outlets for c-pap equipment. Behind toilet the molding was broken and showed hole in the walls. Look like rodents could visit us in the night. Wife felt very uncomfortable.

I got bit by bed bugs so I am disappointed about that also there is a 50.00 deposit that is not mentioned no were on this website and still has not yet been refunded back to my credit card.

The room had multiple cockroaches on the bed and in the refrigerator. I was there for about 30 minutes before deciding to leave. Asked the guy at the front desk for a refund. He said that it would appear on my account in about 2-3 Business Days. Needless to say, I have yet to see it and it's been a few weeks now.

I got what I paid for

There were holes in the wall, and in the bathroom, there was an open wall fixture where one could see the hot wires. I saw two roaches crawling around. The room took forever to cool off because the AC unit was in major need of repair. There were no chairs to sit on. The room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The lighting in the building, some fixtures worked, others didn't it felt like I was on the set of a gritty cop drama. The front area looks nice, but the rest of the place doesn't.

DON’T STAY HERE

I stay in a lot of cheap hotel rooms, so I am not picky… but this place is by far the worst I have even seen. There is no pool… it isn’t just closed temporarily, it is a storage room now. It is so bad it doesn’t feel safe. The smoke detectors are hanging off the wall. The door was difficult to close and latch (it looked like it had been pried open in the past). The toilet was clogged up. There were at least 3 rooms with broken windows boarded up. There were stains and trash left in the room. I didn’t know they made bed sheets that rough. I know it is cheap, but you can find a nearby hotel “with a number in the name” that will at least feel clean and up to fire code!

Where do I start?! First, the hotel constantly smells like someone is smoking marijuana. We get into our room and there is no toilet paper, no sheets on the bed, no towels, not even a T.V. remote. They switched our rooms instead of putting what was needed into the original room which was no fine, no big deal to me. HOWEVER! Sunday morning at 1:32 a.m. me and my children get woken up by someone trying to get into our room! The lady who checked us in NEVER SWITCHED US OVER IN THE COMPUTER SO THEY CHECKED SOMEONE INTO THE ROOM WHICH SWITCHED TO!!! Yes the gentlemen working that night apologized for the inconvenience, it wasn't his fault at all as he wasn't the one that checked us in but still, good grief. The toilets look like they haven't ever been clean, no bathroom mirror, the bathtub is broken and there is no breakfast or pool. There are mattresses in the pool area, NOT a pool...... don't check in here unless you're a drug dealer or absolutely desperate.

what a dump

Hotel was pathetic. Room had torn carpet , hole in wall, ripped out baseboard, broken toliet paper holder. Room and hotel halls had no smoking signs but rooms and hotel smelled with cigarette smoke.. We checked in...and checked out. By far the worst property we've see on hotel.com

The condition of my room was horrible. Missing smoke detector. The peephole in the door was missing and had a wadded up paper towel stuck in it. The latch for the door that allows you to open it slightly and prevent someone from pushing it open was missing. The television remote had no batteries. There was no clock, no telephone, no refrigerator (other room booked had fridge). There was an electrical box in the bathroom with no cover and exposed wires. There were holes in the drywall near the door and in the bathroom. Room was dirty. Curtains did not completely block window and the lights outside in the parking area were very bright (I like the bright lights for deterring thieves from breaking into cars, not so much that they shone in my face all night). Someone opened my door at 4:30 am which woke me up, naturally this put me on edge and I was not able to fall back asleep.

PD: The person at the front desk was doing a got job but the people in charge of cleaning and taking care of bulding are useless.
