Not great.

The property is in a very sketchy area. You can’t tell that by the pictures they have listed. It’s not a safe walk from the property to downtown (Lucas Field or Gainbridge Fieldhouse etc.) which is over a mile. The inside is okay but dirty. Not cleaned well. The furniture is stained and nasty. It reminds me of a frat house. The internet did not work the four days we were there, so I had to work from another location. I would look for something different.

The HVAC needs attention. When we arrived the thermostat was set at 55. The first floor was an icebox. The 2nd and third floors were hot probably above 75. For some reason the air didn't circulate.

The place we stayed was great. It was in very good condition and had all the things you would expect out of an apartment. The beds were nice and fully stocked, bathrooms were very new and clean. You were roughly a 5-10 minute Lyft ride from any attractions in the city, and a ~20 minute ride to the airport. I would definitely suggest getting a ride instead of walking. The only complaint about the property itself was the temperature differential. It felt like the upstairs bedrooms were a good 10-15 degrees warmer than the living room down below.
