I was unpleasantly surprised with the hotel. The online pictures are very deceiving. I arrived in the early morning and couldn’t find anyone to check me in. When a staff member finally showed up she appeared hung over and as though i had just woke her up. As she was attempting to check me in she slowly fell asleep until hitting her head on the monitor. There were no parking spots when I arrived. The lot was full and cars were even parked on the perimeter

Property was nice and clean on the outside. When we checked into our room, it was not clean, there was hair throughout the room, bathtub, sink, bed. We then asked for a different room and we were upgraded to a suite, additional couch and chair and a bigger room. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was a different story. Can’t really go wrong with cereal, but the cheese omelettes and the French toast sticks left something to be desired.

It was a convenient location. Check in was easy and friendly. The carpet up the stairs to our room was really dirty and worn. Our room was nice. The bathroom was old but clean. You can hear everything going on outside, very thin walls. The parking lot was busy all night with loud cars and music and did wake me up throughout the night. Breakfast was good. The front desk lady wasn’t very friendly.

Just ok
Just so loud! Could hear everything from all around our room! Loud noises upstairs, tv noise from next door, people talking in the other room and at 11:50pm the fire alarm went off for about 15 min!! Did not sleep well at all even tho the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Room was clean but kind of old and the shower left a lot to be desired. Staff was attentive and efficient. Location is very good. Great food options and close to freeway.

Staff was more than accommodating even when manager was doing ALL the jobs herself. Used pool,couldnt find lights, but they saw us in there and turned them on for us. Very comfortable beds/pillows. Housekeeping could use work. Had half a roll of toilet paper and empty kleenex box. Otherwise for a quick 2 night trip it was exactly what we needed.

Beds comfortable, clean room but a little tired looking. Relatively quiet. Breakfast was cold streaky bacon and scrambled eggs, no muffins or bagels.
