The room was not what I expected, especially compared to other locations like Louisville and Nashville. This hotel is outdated, and the pillow stinks. The service at the front desk is terrible; when you dial zero for any request, they either make you wait or the line is busy. Additionally, the food is unappealing. So, I would not recommend this hotel.

Having enjoyed our high quality stays at other Omni hotels, we were expecting the same at the Indianapolis location. We were very disappointed. The room (one queen bed) was small and cramped. TV was outdated. One small window made the space claustrophobic. This room was not worth the price point and was 15 years behind our other Omni experiences in other cities.

We had a pleasant experience. There is construction in progress but i wouldn't hold that as a negative. In fact, I'd like to go back to see the upgrades. We had a small issue in the bathroom but the staff responded immediately to remedy. Food was excellent. I was surprised not find a small convience shop; Unless i missed it or it is part of the renovations. JWS

It was close to everything and walking distance was nice. You either have to pay for valet parking or park in a parking garage.

We loved our stay here and had a great time. The only issue was the size of the bathroom and the tub look aged and looked like plaster have been put on to get it together. The other issue was the tub and sink did not drain well at all.
