The wifi was useless, the room they put me in seemed worn out. 25 dollars a day for parking and the area wasn't secured or dedicated parking. Food menu was lackluster for prices they were charging. Yes it was Indian Wells, but it didn't live up to the hype! Overall I should've paid more and stayed at a more exciting, eventful and welcoming hotel!

Upon check-in staff was not friendly. But whatever. . . Entering the room i was greeted by a flying moth. Putting away my clothes in the closet i found a used hair tie on the ground. Couple hours later the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. When i tried calling the front desk, the phone didn't even work. Went downstairs to a friendly front desk guy and he allowed a room change. This room seemed better but the phone didn't work. The screen door was off track and the hair dryer nearly caught fire. The one thing i wanted to add is that everything in the rooms are super low. The toilet, the chairs, the sink. . . I thought i was in an ADU room. Think twice before booking your stay

I didn't like that our room was the farthest from parking you could possibly get. Not only was it a twenty minute walk but later found out we were charged for parking. Had i known about this hotel's practice of charging you after the fact i would not have stayed there.

The cost i was supposed to pay, compared to what i payed was different than what was put on the website when i checked out. They never mentioned we had to pay for parking. I find it unacceptable that there are hidden fees when they are supposed to add extra costs at check out on the website. I would not have stayed there if i knew there would be an extra $20 cost for parking. I was very unsatisfied with noise level at the pool, people were bringing their own alcohol and getting drunk while their kids were yelling and loud. Not a relaxing stay. And overall too expensive. They advertise complimentary breakfast, which they don't have.

We try to go every year for a weekend. All other years they were great . This year someone had a floaty and it had a hole there wear white little foam in the pool , then our toilet had a slow flow then it over flooded the workers did a great job. I was also not told it was $25 for parking I think the mattress needs updating. And we were not offered continental breakfast.
