「A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure」

「Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. 」

「Beds were not made and has lot of stains on them. Have taken pictures. Don’t think they are washed. Just covered them with comforter. Beautiful building and big nice rooms. Just sat in the chair whole night.」

「Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money 」

「I have not stayed in hotel only how m i supposed to review..also told customer care to refund my money as soon as I checked in no water in the room, rooms condition was patethic I want my refund..my trip got ruined because of you guys 」

「All furniture are in bad aesthetics, Walls are Soaked with sealants, poor and sick feeling, Hell amount of dust under the bed on floor. Which could be better. Food in Restaurant was not as per expectations, a single bill for food and beverages was good to have, however all the staffs were very good and supporting. 」

「The rooms were not that clean. It is an old property but the time I visited it was okay for within that price range. 」

「We were drawn to the hotel as we wanted a pool. Unfortunately, the pool in the photographs are of a different SinQ hotel. The pool here is very, very small, no sun loungers, just the bar seats as the pool area is part of the bar! We had two nights and the first was great. The second night the hotel became a party venue with the bar overhead and then people running around the corridors, shouting and slamming doors」
