"No major issues. Carpets seemed dingy. Bathroom shower was noticeably worn. Room was a bit dusty. And tv/phone cords were laid out messy. Had club access. Which was great. Got to heat up leftovers and grab snacks. Room was big. Good view. Large bathroom and shower. Water was hot with good pressure. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy and free. Nice lobby. Front desk group was really nice. Eat at the restaurant at least once, you get charged and if you don’t use it, it’s wasted-they told me at the checkout."

"I was really disappointed about my second stay here my first day it was great it was incredible we enjoyed it which is why we booked it a second time however this time I literally paid more for Less so initially we got our room that was smaller than our first time here which was okay however the next day I saw that I was double charged and so I went spoke to the receptionist he said because it was done away he didn't like he went ahead and recharged me and assured me everything would fall off didn't end up falling off till a week later and it put me in a really stressful situation because I was double charged the money I had saved to spend this weekend with my fiance was now gone and again it's not because I wasn't charged it was simply because he didn't like how the original person inputed it he cleanliness of the rooms weren't all that great it was a lot of hair trash and the surrounding area was just not that good from the first time we went and was only a few months apart from my first visit to this one"

"No coffee available in room. The urn at the front desk served coffee for limited time only and it was lukewarm at best. One young lady seating guests in morning shift at restaurant was less than friendly. when I mentioned the coffee was cold from urn at front desk, she instructed me to buy a cup in the restaurant. When I said that doesn't seem right. Im a guest staying here. She dismissed me with I don't make the rules around here. The other personnel were welcoming & friendly but she took the shine away from all. "
