Good location and convenient shuttle bus between airport T1 and the hotel. The only pity is that i cannot get refund on breakfast that i couldn't take brcause it opens later than bus scheduled time.

Just one night stay, very clean and staff friendly, good breakfast, choice at convenient store very limited . Did not find how to charge cell phone at room. The plugs are quite different from we used to see.

I stayed for one night in early April 2024. It was across the street from Paradise City and near Incheon Airport. Shuttle bus service was available to and from the airport. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. However, if your planning on staying there, please keep in mind it is very expensive to take a taxi into Incheon apparently as you have to pay the airport toll fee.

Hotel is great! Big and spacey rooms free shuttle to terminal 1, downside is there seems to be no more light switches these days lol. All controlled by your hotel card.

Excellent fried chicken at the restaurant around the corner. This hotel is easily accessible on the Unseo station on the Seoul underground - two stops from the International Terminal at Incheon Airport - making this a great place to stay if you have a late arrival or an early departure to work with.

I had a 24hour stopover between flights and just wanted some place not too far from airport that was not expensive. All i needed was to sleep, shower and eat and get back to airport with out a taxi. The hotel has it's own shuttle or if you walk less than 5mins, you can catch a free shuttle to terminal 1 or 2. Had a delicious lunch in hotel. also they have a 24 hr convenience store in lobby. That came in handy too. I bought beverages, snacks and food.

The location was excellent for a short layover in South Korea and the shuttle to the airport was efficient. Staff members were helpful.

The property was vey functional and somewhat quaint. The breakfast was very western and not Korean food. The staff was great. I left my phone in the taxi and they helped me to get it back.

Very old and tired hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful but being so close to the airport made it noisy. The sheets are clean but the carpets and walls are old and stained. Facilities can really be better. You have to pay for breakfast, but shuttle bus to airport is free of charge and runs every hour. the rooms def need a refresh. AC works.

Best Western Premier Airport Hotel is a large free standing hotel with a restaurant in the lobby and with pretty much nothing else within walking distance except a 7 eleven type store nearby. My room was good sized but strangely it didn’t have a couch or chair to sit on. The only thing to sit on was the bed which was soft and probably past its useful life. The whole place inside and outside could use a good deep clean. The staff was excellent and the restaurant was good. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport and is used by the pilots and flight attendants.
