"Dirty room upon arrival with cockroaches and a very strong scent of naphthalene balls, build up of lime scale in the shower head, no bucket of water provided and very poor customer service. The room was not properly cleaned, and staff were unhelpful when the issue was reported. Very disappointing experience and not worth the price."
