「Staff were excellent and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. Food was fresh and delicious. We recommend keeping the spa open till later in the day although we note the concern about wild elephants and safety. Overall a great place and we would love to come back」

「The room sizes and layout were different for same cost. We had two rooms one was much bigger, spacious and nicer compared to the other even though we paid similar price. Our room door lock didnt work. It took them more than an hour to fix it and it was very hard to open and close the dooreverytime. There was no room keeping no fresh towels were provided.」

「Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested.
