The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. We used the washer/dryer daily (which was HUGE for a family with small kids), and loved the kitchen amenities.
