"No turn down service, so unfriendly- 3 fully grown adult roaches on our week stay- We checked out an entire day early because such terrible service & pests on top of it- please do better, we were so excited to be there & left for the live pests so we don’t risk any roaches getting into our clothing items- and no, a refund was not asked for nor offered- "

"Smell in the hallway is overwhelming, no tv as it didn’t work, staff offered help to switch rooms but we already used the bathroom so it didn’t seem necessary "

"Would definitely not recommend this hotel Walls paper thin Heard so much noise from rooms above and beside us Breakfast was very disappointing Extremely limited with awful watery coffee Bathroom on main floor was filthy blood and poo on toilet Parking lot not well lit Had I not prepaid with no ability to cancel we would have left"

"Staff was pleasant at check-in and check-out, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Not much for breakfast. "

"The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning."
