Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Nice looking hotel, does not meet normal standards

- not clean, dust and dirty floors - can hear neighbours blowing noses and foot steps - not enough hot water, cold showers - no latches for security, cleaning staff walked into our unit startling our young children on our last day! - cleaning staff yelled at my children for being 5 mins late, this is unacceptable - management will talk back, they are condensding and not accommodating - no soap, not enough towels - do not use bread service, it's not accessible - parking is very tight, garage drains don't work - positives, nice design, nice kitchen, towel rack is heated - pillows are uncomfortable
