「Zeer vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt」

「It's fascinating to wake up in a room with the great mountains view and tasty Sri Lank breakfast. The owner also offers tuk-tuk ride in Ella. They have one-day package and one ride. The location is a bit far fr city center, it’s better because of quiet. Each tuk-tuk ride between hotel to city center is LRK 500.」

「This is the place to stay if you come to Ella. It could not have been more perfect. You wake up to stunning views of the mountains and the most delicious homemade traditional breakfast. You can walk straight from the home to town or to hikes and popular sights. It keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of the street so you can really enjoy your stay. 11/10, loved my stay here. If I come back to Ella, I would love to stay again!」

「The property didn’t have our booking so after 1/2h waiting around not knowing what was happening, they arranged another room somewhere else for us. The other hotel was much cheaper and not as nice so we agreed as long as we had a compensation for the inconvenience and price difference it was fine. The owner agreed to give us free dinner and breakfast. The next day they gave us the bill for both, plus asked us to pay for the new room threatening to call the police (but I had already paid...

「Shower may need a screen so lavatory area does not get wet」

「We had a wonderful stay at Ella Nine Peaks (Araliya Villa & The Club House). The beautiful property, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality made our visit truly memorable. A special thanks to Chef Shashi for his warm welcome, outstanding service, and incredibly delicious food. His kindness and attention to detail were remarkable. Manager Nalin was extremely professional and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in and giving us an excellent tour of the clubhouse. Sarojini was incredibly...

「We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious. Bernard in particular was fantastic, especially his cooking — we had both dinner and breakfast there. Very glad we chose this over the ‘grand hotel’ in the end. 」

「my parents advised it was very clean, new just like the photos. the staff was warm and welcoming. they mentioned the food was great too.. would recommend to families looking for clean reasonably priced overnight accomodation.」
