During our five weeks in South America last May, 2017, we got to try the most exotic fruits we've ever tasted! Being from Hawaii, I loved the maracuya (passion fruit), which came in multiple varieties, some even purple and pink like the one you see in this photo! They have a delicious sweet/tart flesh with lots of seeds (that are edible). It's an awesome and barbaric feeling to be able to just suck the juices out and not be judged. ;-)
