Fantastic staff

Fantastic staff from first contact at reception to the gentleman serving at the bar. The set menu in the evening was fantastic, as was the breakfast buffet. The building is very attractive. Some of the interior would benefit from an update. We will definitely return.

This was supposed to be a five star hotel but is at best three star quality. Rooms pore and worn old furniture. Staff had no idea what it means to have five stars. However the food was excellent - ten stars to the chef.

God service i reception, men mangel på service i restaurant/gårdhave. Da vi ankom kl 13 ventede vi 1 time før der var personale der kunne tage bestilling til kaffe/mad på trods af at der sat en forretningsfrokost i gårdhaven. Vi fik ikke info om at der kun var rengøring (inkl. toiletpapir og håndklæder) ved indtjekning på 5 stjernet hotel, hvilket vi fandt ud af 21.45 om aftenen (15 minutter før receptionen lukkede). Vi havde et brusekabine afløb der var delvist stoppet så vi havde brugt håndklæder til gulvet. Som minimum kunne man have checket toiletpapir og håndklæder

Einzigartiges gab es nicht. Es ist sehr gemütlich im Hotel, gute Atmosphäre. Das Personal super höflich. Essen usw. alles hervorragend. Das Mobiliar ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht zu übersehen ist. Dies hatte ich mir für 4 Sterne- Preis/Leistung etwas anders vorgestellt.

Empfehlenswerte Perle in der Hotellandscahft

Hervorragende Küche, gut sortierte Bar, nettes Spa - aber das eigentliche Highlight ist das Personal! Guten Service erwartet man bei Hotels dieser Kategorie. Hier hatte ich aber den Eindruck, die Mitarbeiter:innen nehmen ihre Aufgabe persönlich und haben echte Freude daran, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Zuvorkommend, mitdenkend und vom House Keeping bis zum Barchef immer freundlich - nicht aufgesetzt, sondern ehrlich. Man möchte Whisky trinken, weiß aber noch nicht, welchen? Kein Problem, wir probieren uns durch die Sorten. Man möchte eine Zigarre rauchen, aber es gibt keine Smokers Lounge? Kein Problem, wir finden einen gemütlichen, geschützten Platz draussen und bringen Polster und Decke. Es fehlt eine Kleinigkeit? Kein Problem, wird organisiert. Und immer wird der Eindruck vermittelt, es sei eine Freude, einem diesen kleinen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das war schon etwas Besonderes. Auch gut: die durchmischte Altersstruktur der Gäste, junge Paare, Familien mit Kindern, Senior:innen, sehr heterogen und dadurch angenehm. Und die Gäste trotz der gehobenen Hotelkategorie nicht anstrengend, sondern bodenständig, sodass ich im Smalltalk gerne das eine oder andere zufällige Wort gewechselt habe. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, von hier erreicht man verschiedene Wanderwege zu Fuß und muss nicht noch mit dem Auto zu irgendeinem Startpunkt fahren. Mein neues Lieblingsziel für kurze Auszeiten aus dem Alltag!

Parkgebühren

Obwohl ich mit dem Motorrad absichtlich draußen geparkt hatte über die Nacht, sollte ich 10€ Parkgebühren bezahlen. Nach meinen Einwänden, kam die einfache Antwort : Das System gibt das vor. Keine Entschuldigung. Tut mir leid, dieses Vorgehen kann ich für so ein Hotel nicht akzeptieren. Wer bedient das System ?

Dejligt hotel 5 stjernet, dog uden aircondition. Brugte corona våbenet til, at undslå sig bagagehåndtering. De 9 andre hoteller vi havde boet på kunne godt. Dejlig restaurant med lækker mad, ikke mindst morgenbordet
